Over the following weeks, my sleep gradually became more predictable. I still occasionally woke during the night, but those moments no longer controlled my emotions. I understood that sleep wasn’t a switch I could force myself to activate. It was a natural process influenced by habits, environment, stress, and individual circumstances.

It was recognizing the combination of small disruptions and growing anxiety that had turned ordinary awakenings into frightening experiences. I stopped treating the clock as my enemy and started listening to my body. Eventually, three in the morning became just another hour, not something I feared.
