When Daniel first noticed tiny insects appearing in his bathroom, he assumed the problem was simple. Like many homeowners, he searched online for quick solutions and found countless tricks promising immediate results. One popular idea suggested covering drains with balloons to stop pests from entering. It seemed easy, inexpensive, and almost too good to ignore. For a while, Daniel believed he had solved the issue without needing professional help.

However, days later, the problem returned. He noticed the pests were appearing in different areas, not only near the drain. Confused, he inspected the bathroom more carefully and discovered signs he had ignored before: moisture around pipes, small cracks near the walls, and a faint dripping sound hidden behind the cabinet. Realizing the balloon had only covered one possible path, Daniel decided to investigate what was really happening inside his home.
