Reese Witherspoon’s daughter, Ava Phillippe, recently spoke about her sexuality during an Instagram Q&A.

Witherspoon, who shares Ava and Deacon with Ryan Phillippe and has a younger son with ex-husband Jim Toth, has long emphasized supporting her children as they discover who they are.

She describes Ava as grounded and eager to make a positive impact.

Now 24 and often compared to her mother, Ava has built her own career and openly discussed her romantic preferences online.

When a follower asked about her orientation, she replied, “I’m attracted to… people!” and added, “Gender is whatever.” While she didn’t label herself, her comments align with the definition of pansexuality.

Ava has been linked to UC Berkeley classmate Owen Mahoney since about 2019, though their current status isn’t confirmed.
