High blood pressure, high cholesterol: please avoid these 3 things every morning

People with high blood pressure and cholesterol should avoid strong coffee, smoking, and greasy breakfasts in the morning. These habits can spike blood pressure, raise bad cholesterol, and increase the risk of stroke or heart attack. Instead, weak coffee, nutritious foods like oatmeal and vegetables, and avoiding smoking are recommended.

Vigorous exercise or stressful activities immediately after waking can also be dangerous. Gentle stretching, deep breathing, or slow walking helps the body adjust, improving circulation and reducing sudden blood pressure spikes.

Healthy morning routines include drinking warm water to flush toxins, eating antioxidant-rich foods to protect blood vessels, and practicing light exercise or relaxation. These habits support cardiovascular health, maintain stable blood pressure, and reduce blood fat, creating a safer and more energetic start to the day.
