My Husband Betrayed Me, So I Took Our Three Children to My Parents’ House That Night5

“Are you really throwing away our family over this?” Daniel asked. I stared at the man I had once trusted more than anyone and realized he was still describing my reaction as the problem instead of his betrayal. “You made a choice that changed our family,” I answered. “I’m making a choice about what happens next.” For once, Daniel had no immediate response. His eyes dropped toward the porch. Eventually he said he loved me, regretted everything, and wanted another chance. I told him I didn’t know whether our marriage could be repaired.
