For fifteen years, Sandra believed Aaron was her forever person. They had fallen in love in high school, survived life’s challenges together, and eventually married. Their first wedding anniversary was supposed to be a celebration of everything they had built. Sandra prepared a romantic dinner, chose her favorite dress, and imagined the beautiful future still waiting for them. She never suspected that the man she trusted most might have been hiding a devastating secret since the very beginning.

Lately, however, Aaron had changed. He guarded his phone, disappeared to answer calls, and kept strange documents locked inside a bedroom drawer. One unfamiliar name kept appearing on his screen: Vanessa. Whenever Sandra asked about it, he offered vague explanations and quickly changed the subject. On their anniversary evening, Sandra walked toward the bedroom to tell Aaron dinner was ready. Then she heard his voice through the partially closed door.
