Instead of changing the structure, the owner decided to work with what was already there. The four bedrooms could become exactly what the household needed, while the open single-level arrangement would remain untouched. Fresh flooring, brighter lighting, modern fixtures, and new paint immediately began changing the atmosphere. The bathrooms were refreshed as well, giving the home a cleaner and more current appearance without sacrificing its practical design.
The bedrooms became flexible spaces rather than rooms with fixed purposes. One could serve as a quiet office, another as a guest room, and another as a hobby or entertainment space. Carefully chosen furniture made the 1,760 square feet feel even more useful. What had first appeared to be an outdated fixer-upper was slowly becoming something far more personal.
