At first glance, the single-level ranch looked like an ordinary house—simple, practical, and clearly in need of attention. With four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and 1,760 square feet, it already had something many buyers wanted: space without stairs. The layout offered room for a growing family, overnight guests, an office, or even hobby areas. Every bedroom could serve a different purpose, and the floor plan was flexible enough to change as life changed.
The two bathrooms added even more convenience, especially for a busy household. Yet the property was being sold as a fixer-upper, and the dated interior made it difficult to imagine what it could become. The floors, lighting, fixtures, paint, and bathrooms all needed attention.
