The ultimate visual brain-scan test: left-brained, right-brained ?

At first glance, the snowy picture seems to present a strange choice: are you looking at two people hugging, or perhaps some prehistoric dinosaur? The caption encourages your brain to search for one of those answers, making the real image surprisingly difficult to recognize. But the secret is to stop focusing on the overall mountain-like shape and examine the smaller details.

 

 

On the left side, a dark snout, an eye, and floppy ears begin to emerge beneath the snow. What appears to be a distant ridge is actually part of a large animal stretching across the landscape. Its front paws rest over the snowy edge, while its body continues toward the opposite side. Once those details begin connecting, the strange scene starts to make sense—and the real answer becomes impossible to miss.
