Dean Cain’s approach to fatherhood was shaped by growing up without his biological father. That absence left a lasting impression and gave him a clear idea of the kind of parent he wanted to become. When his son Christopher was born in 2000, Dean decided that being present would matter more than simply building a successful career. He even named Christopher after the stepfather who had been a dependable father figure in his own life.
