I Bought My Son a $400,000 Beach House – Then I Found Him Living in a Tiny Apartment

At eighteen, Oliver was given a $400,000 beach house with four bedrooms, a pool, and an ocean view. The idea was simple: he could focus on college without worrying about rent.
