I noticed the orange glow just after midnight. At first, I assumed it was sunlight from outside or a reflection from a nearby lamp, but there was no light on in the room. The glow was coming directly from behind the electrical outlet beside my bedroom door. I stepped closer and immediately noticed something else: the outlet felt warmer than the others.

I pulled my phone out to record what I was seeing, but then I heard a faint crackling sound coming from inside the wall. The orange light suddenly became brighter, almost like something was glowing behind the plastic. I knew electrical outlets could have small indicator lights, but this looked completely different. Then I smelled something sharp and unpleasant, like burning plastic. That was when I realized this might not be a harmless light at all.
