We discussed our fears, financial responsibilities, expectations, and the pressure we had both been feeling. My husband admitted that pretending to go to work had become exhausting. My husband promised to continue searching for work openly rather than pretending everything was fine. I went to bed that night feeling emotionally exhausted, but grateful that we had finally confronted the truth.<\/p>\n
